The Bezoar ibex is widely distributed across southern Turkey, particularly in the Taurus Mountains, which stretch from Mersin and Adana to Niğde and Erzincan.

Hunting grounds feature dense maquis vegetation and pine forests at elevations of 2,000 to 4,500 feet. Many are accessible within a 2 to 4-hour drive from major airports.

Spot-and-stalk is the primary hunting method. While some areas are easier to navigate, older billies typically inhabit rugged terrain, requiring hunters to be in good physical condition.

The Bezoar ibex hunt typically requires seven days, though it can sometimes be completed in 3-4 days. To ensure success, we always reserve a full seven days.

Upon arrival in Istanbul, our representative will meet you, assist with rifle handling, and accompany you throughout your trip.

Day 1: Arrive in Istanbul, fly to Antalya or Adana, then transfer to the hunting area (2-4 hour drive).
Days 2-8: Bezoar ibex hunting.
Day 9: Return to the airport, fly to Istanbul, and depart home.
